Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on our paid plans. You are not required to provide payment information to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you will need to upgrade to a paid subscription to continue using the service.

2. Subscriptions

We bill in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

3. Refunds

If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

4. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as extended downtime or billing errors, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
